The Obama administration is cooking the books on deportations of illegal aliens.

Anyone who has advocated for tighter border security and enforcement of our nation's immigration laws has heard the rhetoric: The Obama administration has deported illegal aliens in record numbers, far more than his predecessor George W. Bush.  Well, folks, turns out that was a sham. According to a recent report release by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS.org), the actual numbers of deportations are startlingly low.  In addition, some 68,000 illegals released back into the public in 2013 had been convicted of other crimes while in the U.S.
I seem to recall Barack Obama touting transparency as one of the key ingredients to his recipe of "Change". Transparency benefits average citizens only when we have some faith and trust that the information being released is reliable. If the administration is cooking the books on its immigration statistics, one can only assume that the numbers being released on Obamacare enrollments are inaccurate at best. This political sleight of hand only creates confusion and further division, especially when the progressive media refuses to even acknowledge it.

It is time we demand the truth.
